Ok I know that I hayto put some money in my transmission I am thinking of getting a valve body and bigger transmission Pan first, then get a torque converter later.

What do you guys recommend to buy involve bodies?

Okay good deal! You could ask Ray if he has a recommendation for his tuning setup. Last I knew he was a fan of RevMax. Most aftermarket valve bodies will allow you to raise the line pressure to 225psi. When researching that is an important part is what is max line pressure achieved.

I have not upgraded mine personally yet but it seems the RevMax HD/towing model or BD are popular and reliable.

As far as a pan goes most will add about 4 quarts of fluid. If you’re wanting to lower temps I would recommend the thermal bypass in addition to deep pan. If budget only allowed one of the two I would recommend the thermal bypass. The main attraction for most pans is having the drain plug for a clean fluid swap when the time comes.

If you’d like pricing and availability wgeb you’re ready shoot me a pm/email/call and I’d be happy to help!
