Exhaust Brake all the time?

BPGATOR, I always us the full brake option, as others have posted. To me it will save the bakes overtime. Turn it on in the morning to help warm truck quicker.
I was in the mountains a few weeks ago and used the tow/haul mode as well. Hardly had to use the brakes at all when rolling through a curve or hill.

Thanks, I’ve started using it and it’s great. Like you said, truck warms up faster. With the tow/haul mode on it also allows the exhaust break to work at lower speeds. Plus I like how the truck shifts in tow/haul better than when it’s off.
