If you know it's had new injectors, check all the cross over tube locking caps. If one is lose, you may have a damaged seat.

The pressure is at 30,000 PSI and can bore a groove into the seat. Like a pressure washer.

You'll have to replace the Tube and injector.

The best thing to do it to try to get a scanner that can read the cylinder contribution.

Meaning they are all firing evenly.

If you can get it to work, and not all 03's support that, you'll see.

It sounds this is getting worse as you go.
As far as I know it hasn't had new injectors recently. My next step was going to be taking out the injectors and looking them over. And check the tubes.

If I couldn't visually see anything I was going to send off the injectors and replace the tubes. If a couple of the injectors are bad (hopefully not), I'm going wait a few weeks and buy a whole set when I have the money.

But that's just my thinking especially simce Its started smoking.
