P0138 code on deleted 2011 6.7

I purchased a full delete kit from Fast Tommy’s Diesel Race kits (eBay) several months ago.

No issues at all until a couple weeks ago. I got an CEL and the code P0138. ( see attached pic )

I tried to clear it with my tuner and another code reader, but it won’t clear.

None of those sensors are on the truck any longer. I checked and cleaned the loose connectors and everything seems in good shape and was sealed good.

I also re-installed the software.

I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with the seller, but can’t get a response.

Is there a way to get an updated firmware on the MM3 that will remove the P0138 code?

I don't see firmware solving this.

The logic to ignore the sensors is in the custom tuning they provided you.

You can try putting a trickle charger on the battery and then use the tuner to return to stock and then reinstall your tunes.

Guess I'll strip the flex cover off the wiring and see if I can find any bad spots.

It looks like some of the wiring has been replaced.

I remember reading about a service bulletin about replacing some bad factory wiring.

Frustrating as hail! Especially because this just popped up months after tuner install.

Well that stinks.

Tracing the wiring is a good next plan.

Also make sure noting has worked it's way into any of the unused connectors.

Anybody know what the box on the passenger side frame rail is?

It looks like all the sensor wiring plugs into it with a big (12 pin+/- ) connector plug.

Got a temporary fix for the glowing cel on the dash!

I did get a response from the tuner.....he said he would send me an updated file asap.

*Update*

Guess my emails had went to my tuners spam box.

I had send a message to him on the selling website yesterday.

He called me last night to explain the disconnect and promptly sent me the new files.

I'll update them this morning.
