6.7L Stalls on Stop in Cold Weather

Here's a puzzle that's been bothering me since last winter.

2007.5 2500 big horn 6.7, 140K miles, egr, cat, DPF deletes, throttle valve disconnected, airaid intake, Smarty ME running 28ME tune.

Truck runs normally in summer (air temps above 75F) but when it gets colder, the truck will run fine until it reaches full operating temp.

For the next 5 - 10 minutes, it will die when decelerating or stopping, sometimes won't idle, sometimes lagging power at moderate speeds (35-50 mph) but always restarts ok.

After it throws it's little tantrum, it will run normally again until it cools down.

Have tried injector cleaner in fuel, flushing out the turbo, have transmission checked and don't recall what else.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance!

    No codes.

It randomly throws a p0111 when the IAT sensor drops offline (-22deg) but that clears easily and never seems to affect anything.

I changed iat sensors, but it still does it occasionally.

Stalling problem goes on with or without p0111 code.

Does it stall in Park and Neutral or just in drive gears?

    Assuming auto.

Both. If I can anticipate it and keep the rpms at 1100-1200, I can keep it running. However, if I spend too much time pressing gas and brake pedals simultaneously, it will throw a code (I forget the number) that basically says "Don't do that".
Is there anything in the lift pump, CP3 or fuel rail which is temperature sensitive? Presently it's too warm for fuel gelling and I use an additive anyway.

Whats your rail pressure reading while running normal and running rough?

Need to get that. My zurich scanner won't do live data on this truck; last time I got a P0111 backing out of driveway, pressure was around 5500.

Is there any way to get a smarty JR ME to show this?

    Thanks for your help!
