After going to the EPA website and actually reading the true lawsuit details against PDI (performance diesel inc.) the big problem is there were the EPA found that they had sold 5,549 parts to heavy duty trucks CAT, Cummins, Detroit and Paccar.
So this corporation started tuning semis.
That is what the problem is. PDI crossed the line.
In reality our light duty trucks aren’t even on the chopping block.
So Kory Willis kinda messes it up for everyone, but it has been blown way out of proportion.
