    Deleted 2014

    2014 Ram 3500 SRW
    AFE 5" Turbo Back
Pusher low pro EGR by pass, Pusher Intake horn

Finally got this thing back together and ive put maybe 8 miles or so on it since deleting. When i set up on it, im getting an interesting noise along with the turbo whistle. Maybe some kind of rubbing sound? With that, the exhaust brake has a high pitched noise to it.

    Any ideas?

Possibly an exhaust leak at the turbo for the brake? Do these flanges require gaskets?

    Thanks!

Yes, gasket required. High pitched whistle is normal with exhaust brake on. Windows 10 printed document.pdfExhaust System.pdf

Since you have a 5" exhaust, double check the downpipe to make sure it's aligned properly with the outlet, the gasket is in place.

Also, on my 2018 the 5" downpipe rubbed the frame horribly bad so this could be causing any aligned issues you might be having.
