No power steering

So I have a 2004 with hidrobost and my breaks work fine but if I’m not mover I have no power steering and I have to be doing 5 mph or about to have power steering anyone ever have this issue before needing help it’s m daily driver

I’m sure you have done this but have you check the fluid level in your power steering?

Does the fluid foam up?

Being a hydra boost system is your brakes hard or soft when applied?
