I was following a couple of forum threads yesterday and when I checked again on them they are gone.

Are moderators/admins just wiping out threads if they don't like the content?

No, we have standards here, not like some other forums.
It has to be bad to get scraped.
One thing that can be a issue, if your searching, wording can be a problem.
If there are threads I want to follow, either write down the thread title, or subscribe to keep up on it.
