    The Shakes!

Guys I've got a shake on my 2017 3500 dually at 65-75 the whole truck vibrates.

You can feel it in the seat and the door panels but not necessarily the steering wheel.

At least anymore so than the rest of the truck.

Which leads me to what I found. Upon inspection, the right front is worn heavily on the outer edge.

Could that be causing the vibration? Usually, fronts cause shake in the steering.

What would cause one side to wear that way?

Doesn't toe in and out effect both tires?

    The front left is fine.

Have you checked your front end to make sure all the tie rods and stuff are good and tight?

    Wheel bearing going out?

Do you keep your tires rotated regularly?

I checked the tie rod or at least I made like I did. Shouldn't be a bearing at 18000 miles but could be . I meant to rotate at 10k but didn't LOL .so no they haven't been rotated since new

Maybe it’s just plain out of alignment since new.

Could be but the steering has always been absolutely perfect.

No pull or drift at all.

Could be a tire seperation if it is heavily worn.

I would have it checked out, when you get alignment checked.

    18k milea, never rotated?

You need an alignment and probably a new tire.

These trucks are famous for front right alignment problems. Google it, Thuren has a good write up on it. I think there was a discussion on here a while back.
The new rubber probably masked the problem when ne. I had mine done twice before it was right. Wore out 2 sets of tires in the meantime. Same problem you're having.
Now I rotate my Ridge Grapplers every every 3.5 - 4k miles. I've got almost 47k on them now and figure at least another 10k left in them. Very little uneven wear.
    Good luck

Biggest issue with rotation so often is you gotta break the tires down and there isn't a reputable tire place that I really trust.

    Break the tires down?

... you take 8 lugs off each wheel and cross rotate.
