To properly rotate, fronts go back outer. Back outer goes inner and back inner goes front at least that is what I've always done

Maybe I'm not understanding you, but it's as simple as:
Front Right > Rear Left
Front Left > Rear Right
Both Rear > Straight Forward
It takes about 2 seconds of googling to find a diagram.
You don't need to dismount and remount any tires on 4 non-directional and same size wheel/tire setup.

The Laramie and up trucks have different wheels.
Front Alcoa don't match the back and back inner is steel not aluminum.
You have a dually.

Ah, and all was clear
ha when i read his comment I thought the same as what you typed. But made me look up at the original post and he said 3500. yea... Dually owners, where you have to remove , carry a one and then divide and subtract and then square it. So yea i understand why going 19k miles without a rotation can easily be done. I think that the Truck is not true on its alignment from factory, Tires are shot on the front end. you should drive to wherever you need to for a proper shop to rotate, see what is still good, tire replace and then alignment.

Thanks guys.
I've been busy all day but I dropped the truck off at the local and they replaced the 2 fronts and checked for alignment.
I guess we will see when I pick it up.
I've had so many places make alignment worse.
Not sure how you are on your truck or if it is lifted.
However in my personal experience the track bars an these dodges are crap.
On my 2014 2500 I went threw 3 track bars (usually the bushings wear out way to fast).
I ended up getting a aftermarket and adding a steering dual stabilizing shocks. never had a problem again.
