    Pusher EGR Coolany Bypass Install?

Good morning everyone, I have the pusher delete kit, and I have cut the riser line.

However, I cannot get the oring to seat in this line.

I have torn up 3 orings in the process.

    Please help!

    Thank you!

    2014 RAM 3500 SRW 6.7 Cummins.

It's a holiday weekend, hang in there, someone who's done this should be on soon.

I had to use oil to help mine.

If that still doesn't work, put the part inside the tube in the freezer for a while; it will shrink ever so slightly.

I got it to go into the tube.

After re-installation, it has a small leak out of the set screw hole.

Any idea what may have caused that or a solution?

Not sure if I can RTV up the set screw and wet install it.

You may have damaged the O ring.

I would give that a try or a couple of wraps of Teflon tape on the set screw.

X2 on this Teflon tape, I would only use blue Monster Teflon tape.

I don’t know if this is too old, but I just had today's exact problem.

I messed up three o rings, and I still am not comfortable with the one I will install tomorrow.

I even heated the riser pipe to see if I could get it to expand to put the fitting in.
