    i have read that as well. However i am unsure what was replaced during the maintenance check prior to putting my truck on the lot. I may just replace it for piece of mind.

    I would recommend changing or at least inspecting it, the odds that they would have changed it are slim to none.

    I hear ya.

    That kind of stuff is tough when you get a used truck for sure.

    Little pricey but worth it to get all the filters and fluids changed so you have a solid starting point.
