I use and sell Hot Shot's Secret Winter Anti-Gel(https://www.hotshotsecret.com/diesel-winter-anti-gel/). Archoil is also a good product as I've used their regular fuel treatment but not their winter additive. As for Power Services, my work fleet used it and it caused horrible problems with fuel filters gelling. Not trying to persuade you in any particular direction, just stating my experiences/opinions.

    Every tank in the winter.

More like every other tank in the warmer months.

I've been working with snowmobile trail grooming equipment for the last twenty plus years, most of which has been powered by 5.9L Cummins.

The treatment of choice has always been Power Service.

We ran it with straight number 2 diesel in -20 to -30 degree temps.

Never had any issues with gelling, injector/pump issues, and these machines are run hard. I run it in all my diesel equipment, with excellent results.

    FWIW!

I rode with one of our groomers last year.

They do run those things hard! 26 miles from the parking lot to the top of the ridge!

    Slight uphill all the way.

You must have been able to notice an actual performance difference? Archoil is very expensive.

Approx 12oz per fill up, so 5 treatments per 64 oz bottle.
