Turbo Actuator

I know there are a few posts on this topic but if I don’t have $$ to mess with it right now what should I eventually expect to happen? Only thing so far is the check engine pops on and off (U010C) and a module code (can’t remember the code). What are my options, How long do I have, and can ignoring this cause other issues? Thanks.

Actuator from Geno's garage. New unit without the fear of the rebuilds.
Down side is that the actuator could stick full closed resulting in no power and crazy smoke or full open which would mean you could over boost easy.
