    Stock or Non Deleted

Could we possibly get a section for stock non deleted trucks?

I have a new 2018 and would like to contribute and hear from different ones who also have non deleted trucks.

I can’t afford to just throw the warranty away by doing this.

I’ve had zero problems so far but who knows what is around the corner.

    Thanks.

    Just a suggestion.

    I'm in the same situation.

I have a '18 Laramie CCLB with 5k miles on her just sitting in the driveway bone stock & gutless (because I opted for the G56).

I plan to fully delete but not till at least the bumper to bumper warranty expires & I can say goodbye to the dealer.

I don’t think it would be a problem deleting my truck locally but I’m planning on doing some traveling.

I’ve got 3100 miles on mine so far, everything is good, but who’s to say something doesn’t happen next time I hit the switch.

I will say I’ve had a great experience with my first RAM so far.

The EGR and DPF are two time bombs, the EGR system bein the more potentially lethal of the two. The cooler could spring a leak and dump coolant into your intake which will kill your engine, where the other will just immobilize your truck.

The turbo lettin go means the turbo AND the DPF will be toast, which at least double the cost of that fix. Nobody should hafta deal with that, and that’s why the vast majority of people do it. That eliminates a heluva lot of fail points, and if ya drive like you have a little sense, there ain’t much else to really go wrong.

Wife and I both are 63. I got over my hot rod craze when I had a CDL which I’ve turned in since I retired.

Still get a bit of road rage when I start to pass a moron that wants to speed up when you try to pass them.

I’ve got a 7K TT we plan on doing a little touring with but not planning to do any racing or off roading.

Got 3100 miles on it so far and really love the truck but have a lot of anxiety about what to do.

That kinda crap drives me all shades of batty.

There sure as hell ain’t no better way to see how fast a Prius’ll move than for a truck to hit the hammer lane to try and git by em.

Was talking to my son yesterday.

He has a 2019 Charger with the 6.4.

The tailpipes on his are solid black from the exhaust.

My 6.7 tailpipe is clean as new.

When he changes his oil it looks like it came out of the bottle.

You know what mine looks like.

His puts all of the crud out of the tailpipes and mine puts it in the oil.

Pullin the EGR oughta make yer lube a lil less cruddy.

Whoever the schwanz is that invented the EGR hoohah oughta suffer the same thang they inflict on perfectly good motors. Make em drink they own urine.
