So.
Today I got in contact with my case manager to make it clear that I'll even accept a replacement vehicle. She did ask me a little over a week ago, "how would you feel about a replacement vehicle" after all...
Today, she outright lied and denied she ever said that. She also said, "just because you say you want a buyback or replacement doesn't mean it is so." She also told me, "You need to listen without interrupting me." Then she scolds me when I disagree with her... how unprofessional.
Today, I filed a claim for arbitration though NCDS and explained how the truck has been in the shop for 60 days. After 30 days, Florida considers it a lemon...
If that doesn't work, I'm going to an attorney so I can get them for fraud and damages. They have officially pissed me off.
Whatever happened to the customer is always right?

GET EM. Im pissed too. Ridiculous to spend this kind of $$ on a piece of machinery and that company wont stand behind their products. Local news station may need to be aware. Your probably not the only one and there is definitely power in numbers. Keep us posted!

Let’s see if I’ll get an offer from FCA now.

So, dealer just called and told me the truck is suddenly ready for pickup...
Claim with NCDS is already open, so I'm not going to pick it up as I won't accept a lemon.
They were supposed to fix it within 30 days.
After 30 days, Florida considers the truck to be a lemon. More than a week ago, I sent a demand letter with no response.
They are trying to give back to me a lemon vehicle that has been rebuilt at a dealer.
All I want is buyback or replacement at this point.
Let's see where this goes.

It may be different by state but I thought as long as one person knows a conversation is being recorded, it was legal. Recoding yourself and another that is.
It may not be legal recording the conversation between 2 individuals when you're not one of them.
I wouldn't offer any info to the dealer.
They might record you.
