    Driving Deleted with Stock Tune

So, any potential problems driving deleted with an '07.5, 6.7 on the stock tune?

I'm stuck in an odd situation... Have had a nightmare of ECM problems, finally got a remanufactured ECM in the truck that seems to be behaving but I was told NOT to clear any codes relating to the security SKIM key until the ECM "learns" the key and the code is cleared from a number of cycles. I've already driven the truck about 20 miles and gone through a number of start cycles and it's not clearing so I can't flash the ECM with a tuner since that deletes all the codes. It seems to be running OK, sometimes rough on first start but then settles out after a few seconds. Anyway, should I be worried driving it more with the stock tune? Thanks.

No problems short term that I've read or heard of. You should have a check engine light and I'm sure the engine has reduced power but I dont see that hurting anything

Yeah, definitely have the check engine light on along with a ton of codes.

Just wanted to be sure I wasn't hurting anything or it doesn't try to go into Regen or some surprise like that.

I'm surprised its even drive able.

I would have expected it to go into limp mode pretty quickly.
