    DO NOT START IT.

If it's loose, it's already broken or about to be severed from the arcing of the current.

    DO NOT start it.

    FIX IT NOW.

Or remove the intake horn and go in there and break it free.

If it fails, expect no less than about $15,000 in damage.

Apparently, you can cut and slit pieces of rubber hose to deaden the sound, but I haven’t bothered.
When I did my Pusher intake and grid heater delete, I did not reinstall the foam, and could not tell the difference in sound.

I got mine last weekend and look forward to installing it.

Do you guys notice any difference in spooling or throttle response?

I know the main goal is removing the bolt and keeping the motor alive; just curious from those who have done it what you have noticed with better flow.

Yup, as said above response and boost building happen faster.

In my case, my truck downshifts less because it can power up faster.
