I'm having the same issue. Did you get it fixed? Or dose anybody have any suggestions on this?

Is the throttle valve unplugged? If not, unplug it as they supposedly throw a code when not used all the time.
If it is unplugged, your delete tune just hides the code by making the count before the light lights really big. Contact your tuner and have them fix it right or get a better tuner.

It's not unplugged but I'll give that try. And i guess I'll need to re flash to clear the code? Just clearing the DTCs with the tuner dose not clear the check engine light. Also, it threw a P0335 crankshaft position sensor performance code with that throttle position dash cose, you got any idea why that is? @cwendel

The crank sensor. Make sure it is plugged in.
Also check the wiring for the fan clutch. It sounds like you may have an electrical issue in the wiring.
Reflashing the tune might just reset the counters for the items you have unplugged.
Also check your batteries as they could be going down on you.
