Need help

I have a 2018 2500 that has some exhaust work and is tuned by a company in which I will not name. The problem I am having is I have a service electronic throttle control light that keeps coming on. The dealership can’t find anything wrong it isn’t throwing any codes. Doesn’t run any different. Batteries have been checked and are both good. Any ideas? I am almost to the point where I am gonna put it back stock. Or may swap to drd tunes. If anyone knows ray see if he has any input on this. Thank you
