Hissing sound

Hissing sound while driving, power loss after egr delete. Idle is fine. Any ideas?

X2 also check the EGT plug in the rear block off plate.

Ahhh ok, that makes more sense.

Side note...there's a gasket for that?? :| My eBay TV delete definitely didn't come with ****, but I never had any issues out of it LOL
