    CCV

2015 Cummins deleted. CCV confliting advice whether to delete, use filter or catch can, hose vented to atmosphere, or keep it hooked up as-is to the turbo and change the filter per schedule.

I’m keeping mine on and just change the filter when required. Matter of fact I have one in the back of my truck waiting to go on when I get the time. LOL

Welcome!! I recommend changing the filter ahead of the schedule in the manual. I changed mine at 65k and it was really saturated. I'm doing the next one after I turn 100k.

Left mine hooked up to the turbo. Replaced the filter at 47K and it was saturated planing on replacing at every 25K from now on.

    Re: CCV

I rerouted mine to the frame with black heater hose, I got a S&B CCV kit and blocked off the turbo.

I used the S&B filter at the end of the heater hose where it attached to my frame.

I used a 90 to put the filter vertical.

If you want pictures I can get them later tonight.

    Re: CCV

Suction from turbo helps seals rings internally for the motor.

Unless you run an aftermarket charger leave it hooked up and change CCV IMO.

    Did the same with mine.

    I like it much better.

    Hood stays clean now.
