    Tuner with 2 VIN Option

I searched, but couldnt find my answer.

    So, I have 2 2016 trucks, 1 a 2500 with the 68RFE tranny and the other a 3500 with the Aisin.

I want to shift on the fly with the 2500 and just want to delete and keep stock on the 3500.

Would I need two separate tunes?

How does having 2 VINS actually work?

I am currently stuck between RaceMe and MM3, but heavily leaning MM3.

Also, I am straight piping 5" on the 2500 and only 4" on the 3500.

Just confused on the 2 VIN and tune options.

    Thanks

To start you'd get whatever tuner you'd like. We recommend the MM3 custom-tuned over the RaceME Ultra box tunes.

Next, contact that company for an extra VIN License and then find you, someone, to tune your trucks.

Install the tuner and program the truck with the VIN unlock and tune it. Pull the tuner off that truck after tuned.

Repeat on the next truck and leave the tuner plugged into to switch tunes.

    I hope that helped friend.

I’m currently running a Raceme Ultra and love it, you can buy the MM3 the only thing with that is you would have to buy tuning with it. Raceme and MM3 essentially use the same software for tuning (WARP), same monitor and you either run the box tunes on the Raceme or have custom tuning loaded to a mini sd card. Either one requires you to buy another VIN license as it locks each license to a VIN. Even if you unload the tunes and return back to stock you will have to buy another VIN, fyi. The MM3 is more of an open platform in the sense that I cant take a Raceme file and use an MM3 unit to load it. If you can get a good deal on Raceme Ultra in all honesty thats the one I’d look into or an EZ Lynk with good tuning. Look for the best customer service with a company you can get ahold of when needed, there are a few out there. Good luck
