New sway bar/end links and other suspension questions

I'm looking to get a new sway bar and end links for my 05 3500 quad cab with a 7.5x9.5 flatbed. There are airbags in the rear. Not sure of any suspension mods waiting to hear back from the previous owner.

This truck is basically going to be a work truck for on the farm hauling horses, my bee colonies and whatever else we need to be hauled.

I'm not crazy up oversized tires and such I just like a solid truck that runs and does its job.

So for the sway bar, just a middle of the road option would be best and the same for the end links.

I do like anything with grease fittings.

Don't mind the flaking frame coating.

That's getting scraped off and sprayed with fluid film or some similar product.

Previous owner got back to me said it has a 2" leveling up front (this can come out I do t care about leveling kits make truck look funny when your hauling unless you have bags).

So I've been digging on the forum and just start replacing all the steering components. Like I've said I just need a solid work truck that handles well when I'm towing stuff from time to time and esp when in towing the horses.

You can’t go wrong with Carli suspension products that I’ve seen for full track bar replacements.

Lazar Smith bushings is what I put in the 07's and 11 for the track bar if you want to go that route.

My plan right now is to get a factory Mopar sway bar, a good set of aftermarket brackets and aftermarket end links.

I need to go over the components on the truck and see if it has the 8.5 steering or the original set.

It does have a stabilizer already on it.

When I pull on the setup it does give some on the driver side.

You should be able to grab a factory sway bar from a wrecking yard.

They don’t really wear out. A 2” level should be able to get by on the stock end links.

You can get rebuild parts for the links and sway bar from Energy Suspension.

That will be the most economical route. If you want to replace with something that will improve ride quality, that’s when you’ll spend some money on a torsion sway bar.
