How do you get in touch with MM3?
I have emailed and called, and I can’t get a response.
We had the same thing happen and are stuck in race mode.

If you unplug the MM3 communications box from the OBD port your PCM will default to the lowest HP tune.

Yep, those are all the contacts I have tried with no response.
At least you're safeguarded with it defaults to the lowest HP level until you hear back or get a new monitor.
A little piece of mind, at least.
