Catch can closed loop or open Help

What’s are y’all thoughts on a catch can not sure what I want to do yet. Here are some different ways I am thinking about.

(PS) there is no CCV filter in play here.

A closed loop catch can from CCV to turbo or a catch can with a filter from CCV to turbo.

A catch can with filter and just run the lines from CCV with no negative pressure from turbo.

Catch cans are a common mod on the Hemis as they can produce a lot of blow by as they age. In every installation I've seen, the catch can needs the 'pull' from a full plumbed system to create enough flow to actually catch the oil vapor. I can see the same applying for the Cummins CCV system.

Here’s my setup. I gutted the crankcase filter and ran a hose to a race-style catch can/breather set up with a filter. This does accumulate some oil over time so I drain it once a year or so. I just pop riveted it to the plastic piece next to the radiator. To remove pull out the plastic retaining pin and comes out it as an assembly. Has worked well like this for a few years.
