    Rail pressure problems

    Good morning I was wondering if any of yall know what could cause rail pressure to stick after letting off throttle.

    2016,ram 2500,black,egr delete,DPF delete, throttle body delete, 4 inch flo pro turbo back exhaust,mm3 tuner,33x11.5 tires,6000k hid head lights.

    Best case would be FCA (fuel control actuator) or tuning.

    worst case would be faulty injector(s). Injector hang is when they continue to fuel when commanded to stop. Usually RPMs will fall slower and steady kind of like when you turn off a garden hose.

    Im getting a whineing noise along with it at all times louder at warm up
