It’s looking like my truck may need a new ECM?

Electronics in the trans test good. Pan removed and everything inspected, filter changed, new gasket and new upgraded electronics even though the old wasn’t bad. I have a wiring issue with transmission problem. I isolated the wiring issue and fixed it.

Problem is, at idle ECM is commanding lockup from the converter with it in park and idling... is there something else electrical which might be causing this?
