MM3 and TPMS adj issues

I have watched the video several times an have attempted to adjust mine but for the life of me I can’t get it to work. Keep getting an error code. Any help would be appreciated. Is there a newer firmware update or something that I need? Thanks

It took me a couple tries.

Only thing I noticed the second time that was successful was I closed my door. Not sure if that's helpful.

Need to do it with the truck not running but in the "ON" position, not accessory.

Thanks I will try it again an make sure those recommendations on the door an key position are followed.

An I also will double check the software.. hopefully it’s up to date bc all I have is a Mac an don’t believe the software is compatible.
