    MM3 tuner help!!

I installed a tuner on a customers truck yesterday, now he says the dash board lights are staying on all the time.

I had him unplug the tuner and he said the lights are still on. I'm at a loss on what to do.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Thank you.

    It's a 2015 dodge 2500 6.7l dsl

My recommendation is to call who you ordered the tuner from.

You didn’t give us any info to go on my friend.

Well who tuned it and that will help tell us who to point you towards or if they know what they are doing.

I have another thing to try when my customer gets back from work.

The MM3 guy said it might be the cord so he has a suggestion for me to try.

He just got back to me.

    Thanks guys

Did the file completely load? Sounds like a possible incomplete download and the truck still has the stock software loaded and is going crazy with the exhaust and/or egr removed/unplugged.

I’m not familiar with Fast Tommy.

I would check truck voltage, load stock file, and reload tunes.

If cords were not seated I would think there would be an error notification or just black screen on MM3 unit

What year truck. Not shure if its the same but I have 2018 with a RaceMe Ultra and it would leave my gauges and info screen lit all the time if it was pluged in. Kill the batery in like 1 or 2 days if i didnt use the truck. I installed a CAN security bypass cable and fixed the issue.
