I'm looking to install a dual disk clutch on my 18 ram 3500 . I want it to feel as close to stock as possible and still handle the hp

How much power are you making?

Valair or Southbend are both good clutches.

Pedal weight is identical to stock. They can be noisy though so be ready for that.

I would DEFINITELY get the organic version.

If stock feel is what you want, the ceramic will not make you happy.
