Yeah, Murphy’s Law done struck again. I knowed it would happen.

Went to hook the tuner up to the truck. Wanted to at least git the damn stock file part done awhile so’s I ain’t gotta burn daylight dickin with that on the day I got all that exhaust work to do.

Here’s the problem. Done got everythang connected per DRD’s email instructions, turn the key to ON like it said, and nuthin come up on the monitor!!! Screen stayed blank. Damn thang didn’t even turn on.

Did I break sumthin before I even got started??? Monitor dead before it even got used??? That’d be my luck....

Sumthin I kinda did notice.... Seemed like the 2 halves of the communication module thingy didn’t wanna go together right.

Did you remove the studs between the two half’s before putting it together? According to DRD it’s better to remove the studs so it can make a secure connection.

No, I didn’t. Definitely worth a try though. I’ll give that a shot tomorrow.

Make sure the USB in the back of the monitor is in the correct way as well.

The B goes on the bottom.

X2- this is the only thing I dislike about the MM3- if there is no power or the light on the right is blinking red or green the connection in the back of the monitor needs to be seated correctly. I keep mine mounted upper left of windshield on my tint strip so people won’t notice it- the cord is just long enough
