    MM3 ABS settings (tire size)

When adjusting tire size in the ABS sub-menu under the ECM menu... should we be using the dimension printed on the sidewall, or a physical height measurement with the truck on the ground?

Example: I'm running 35x12.50x20 Nitto Terra Grapplers. If I measure from the ground to the highest point of the tire, they physically measure 33.5" tall (tape measure perpendicular to the ground, dead center of the wheel, measuring to the top of the tire.

I have 35’s and set it to 34.70. It set the speedometer correctly to what my actual speed is. I had set it at what you mentioned before and it ended up being 1 mph off. (I had this tested by radar)

Most use the sidewall size. I as well adjust it until the speedo is almost perfect even if that means me going over or below to achieve this.

I use a GPS based speedometer app to set mine.

I've always had to set the calibration a little less then the published tire size.

It's not the height but the circumference that counts
