I'm going with the Thuren 2.25 and fox shocks.
Need the bags too because I tow a horse trailer with 3k pin weight.
Right now it sure brings the back end down.
Also can't wait for a MM3 from Ray!

Just my personal feedback, I would explore a different shock, especially with the weight you pull. I had Foxes on my 4th gen and they were shot well before 30k. Granted these were non-reservoir IFPs; but I fully plan to go with Kings next time.
How did you manage to kill a set of shocks in 30k miles? LOL.
A lot of offroading or bad roads?

Thank you!!
I did a pretty substantial amount of high-speed offroading.
Also, IFPs don't have external reservoirs and would probably have lasted 2-3x as long on a pavement princess.
Regardless, when you're talking about weight & suspension.
Those external reservoirs are going to go a long way to keeping your shocks in good shape.
I'll most likely stay with Fox. My dually is meant for towing. You can't be doing too much offroading in PA with a long bed dually.

That's super true, but also consider your payload weight over rough roads. Any rapid reciprocation of the suspension will create heat (which is what killed my shocks).
Even if you stay with Fox, I would avoid the IFPs and at least do 2.0 reservoir shocks.
