Cooling fan doesn't seem to work properly

Hello, I'm fairly new to the community so forgive me of any unintended ignorance.

In November I did I an EGR, exhaust system delete on my 2017 2500 using an MM3 tuner from DRD.

Since, I have noticed that I can no longer hear my clutch fan engaging and when I look at it, it seems to turn slowly not producing much draft.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so what might be the solution.

no, not yet, oil runs at 201 when hauling, highest I've seen is the oil temp at 210 and coolant at 206

Numbers sound good to me- 210 is about the hottest I’ve seen after towing 20hrs straight
