Does anyone else have issues with the Uconnect app? Mine works only about 5% of the time. I have called their help desk a few times and still it usually doesn’t work. I’m trying to remote start my truck, or unlock it.

Mobile access to all FCA vehicles is atrocious. The app works, its just exponentially slow. Their logic of "may take up to 90 seconds" is just to make you feel better...it takes 5 minutes in most cases to push the signal through.
Compared to MBrace from Mercedes and OnStar Connect from GM, UConnect Access is trash.

Thanks. I sometimes get a failure notice sent to my phone but usually nothing happens. Oh well, my truck is otherwise awesome!

Yeah that's one of those things that just doesn't work well. I wouldn't pay for it personally. Hell I had to have my truck remote unlocked by UConnect because I got locked out of my house; even directly from their system it took just over 5 and a half minutes to get my doors unlocked.
