Nice write up!

I’m contemplating this same filter on my 2019 2500 and was wondering if anyone else had alternate locations for install?

Trying to keep all things in place if I can.

i felt the same way, but i do not see any way to install this filter kit without taking that intake duct off. if you wait for a company to make one for the 2019 i'm sure they will have a slightly different setup

I would suggest against any engine mounted filter brackets if you have one keep an eye on it and check for metal fatigue.

If you can mount them on the frame or body work away from the vibration.

Just installed the Sinister Diesel bypass filter that mounts on the engine block for my 2019 6.7.

It has a very heavy duty looking reinforced bracket but I will keep an eye on it just in case.

I was so impressed that I ordered the coolant filter kit also. Can provide pics if anyone is interested.
