    2014 Dodge 2500 with 11.5 rear axle and 6.7

I need to change my fluid in the diffs and was wondering if the stock gasket for the diff cover is reusable or do I need to buy another?

    Thank you in advance.

U can reuse them there metal shim surrounded by rubber.

I've reused mine and have zero issues.

Obviously an inspection of the gasket is required and any damage would call for replacement.

    But that's to be determined.

So from what it sounds like these gaskets were made to reuse?

This is the first time it will be changed so I would think the gasket is good still.

What are the bolts being torqued to per factory specs?

Should be good to go to reuse.

Just clean the mating surface, give the pan and bolts a once over for any issues.
