    Truck Won't Start

Hi Guys, I have a deleted 2014 Ram 2500 with the MM3 tuner and tuning from Double R Diesel.

I went out to start my truck tonight and everything seemed normal. It started and immediately shutoff. No clue what happened but now I have multiple error codes.

I have tried several times to get it to start with no luck. It will turn over and if it does start it will only run for just a couple seconds before shutting off.

Two of the pics in the attachments are of the DTC's. When I tried to go the ecm on the tuner I got the error that is in the third picture.

Anyone have the slightest clue what the heck is going on???

The only thing I have tried is unhooking both of the batteries for around 5 mins but still get the same results.

Before today I haven't had any error codes or issues at all with my truck.

How long have you had your tuning and have you contacted DRD?

I have had it since 2015 and it has been tuned since around October of 2017 if I remember correctly.

I haven't contacted DRD yet but that was my next stop.

Have you tried updating the firmware and are your batteries healthy?

There might be a little more to it then this but you may want to get a new sd card as well when you update the firmware and what not.

Batteries are good, only around 8 months old. I haven't updated the firmware in a while actually, kinda forgot about that... If I update will it go to the new switch firmware where I have to have a retune or is there other options for updating it? I was trying to avoid having to get new tunes.

You hit a nerve. He needs to get those batteries on a charger immediately if nothing else.

If those batteries are at 10V or below, the MM3 will go nuts. I suggest charging the batteries, While the charger is on the truck, return the truck back to stock. Lets try to get it running before we go further.

I had checked the voltage on the batteries when all this went on, it was like 12.1 volts.
