Just to give you a quick idea, check engine light, no start, no starter click what so ever, random codes popping up and one stating failed ecm. What all is the truck doing?

Check engine light ...the little red lightning bolt ... turn the key all the usual dash lights come on .... turn the key and nothing .... was driving truck and it just stopped running.... no communication with ecm except with high end scanner .... dodge computer won't communicate with ecm

Yes sir if I had to guess it is done for. Sometimes if your lucky dodge can communicate with it if it’s vin locked or if another tuner screwed it up but it’s rare at times.

There may be a company somewhere you can send it too but I have never done it as it was easier for me to get a new ecm. Salvage yards may have them if your lucky

The tech thought it might be the software from the company that sent it to me and that the dodge computer shuts off if it detects another software in the ecm ... ...
I don't know LOL its frustrating tho

Yes sir I can imagine and if whoever product you used provides the proper files and that still doesn’t help then it’s definitely not going to be cheap.

    What happened exactly?

So LOL .... last yr truck just shut down while I was driving.... same results... no communication with ecm except with high end scanner.... mechanic said he sent my ecm to a place in Florida and they rebooted and loaded my truck back in it .....
Truck ran great since then until it did it again LOL ....
Now ... the only 2 things that were exactly the same when truck shut down was that my AC was on and my engine fan was on ....
