The CHRA is the center bearing assembly of a turbocharger.
You would still need to attach all of the other components (housings, actuator, etc) to the CHRA to have a functioning turbo.

I haven't read all the post's, but my input is this.
If you have a stock truck under warranty, go to the dealer and if they give you crap, contact a Rep at FCA and cause havoc.
As for these weird issues fellas seem to be having with stock trucks I'll say this.
Run your full exhaust brake all the time, change filters and oil at 7,500-10,000 miles (not 15,000 like the manual says for some years), and when your warranty is up "fix it" cough cough...
Or just say screw it, throw the warranty out the window, get good hand tools and come to the dark side and learn how a diesel is suppose to run.
