WCFab 6.7 Cummins S400 High Mount 2nd Gen Swap Kit

So I did a thing today and ordered a 6.7 Cummins 2nd Gen Swap Kit from Wehrli Custom Fab. Other than a short exhaust stud kit and retuning of my MM3 is there anything else I might need in the future. Was thinking head studs and fueling at some point.

    Steed Speed Billet Manifold
    FMW S467.8/83 Turbine .90 A/R
    Wehrli Turbo Heat Blankie

2016 Ram 2500 CCSB 6.7 in Black Forest Green, RaceME MM3 tuned by Ray @ Double R Diesel, WCFab FMW S467.7/83 .90A/R & Steed Speed Manifold 2nd Gen Swap, Flo-Pro 5" Straight Pipe w/FTE Diesel Resonator, Pusher 3.5" MEGA Intake Manifold, Pusher 3.5" MEGA Intercooler Tubes, DBALL2 Remote Starter, PIAA 85115 Superior Deep Bass Horns, Headlight Revolution Supernova V.4 LED Low/High beams, Bilstein 2.3" Level w/5100's all around, Thuren Adjustable Front Track Bar, ARP CA625+ Head Studs, RevMax 68RFE High Performance Towing/HD Valve Body, RevMax 68RFE ZeroStat Transmission Cooler Thermostatic Bypass.

    I'm curious as well.

Was stock fueling enough to light that big turbo, or did you have have to poke more fuel at it?

    Hey man, awesome setup! J

Just be weary of that .90AR if you're adding fuel. They unfortunately are pretty common failure from over speeding the turbo.

I had a 467.7/.83/.90 on my last truck and managed to break it on stock fuel. This time i went with the 467.7/.87/1.1 larger housing. Allows for a little more abuse, you lose some off the get but gain more up top.

If you don't drive like an idiot and stay stock fuel you should be good, if you plan on fuel I would think about switching exhaust housings.

2018 2500, G56, SSSB3600, Arp625 Head studs, Arp Manifold studs,BD Diesel FMW 467.7 2nd gen swapped, MM3 Custom tuning by Ray, Ceramic Pro Gold, Toyo Mt 33x12.50x20, Hostile Sprocket 20x10 -19, Fass 165, DDP 150 sticks,10mm exergy stroker pump, Bd Throttle Booster, Money Pit! The fass165 150 sticks and 10mm pump did ok but was running out of rail for anyone interested. It's now gonna have DDP 100%'s, DDP 12mm pump and a FASS 250gph

Definately not trying to run this truck into the ground, I want to keep it going for a long time, too much money invested so far to try and blow it up.

Don't know yet, still not installed, I'm looking for a shop that works with Cummins mods and isn't going to kill me in labor costs.
