    Cleaning windows with tint

Ok so my truck has tinted windows. I didn't tint them. They were that way when I bought the truck. On my last truck the windows were tinted and after a few cleanings my nice black tint turned purple!! Anyone else ever have this?? I have heard don't use windex. I have heard vinegar and newspaper works well, not sure I want my truck to smell like that. LOL So what do you guys use to clean your tinted windows with?

Invisible glass does a good job. The big thing is to make sure the cleaner is ammonia free. Also, tint should only be applied to the inside of the windows

I've had tinted windows for decades.
This was the recommendation by every company I got the tint from.
Use distilled water in a sprayer with 2 drops of dish soap and wipe clean with a soft cotton cloth.
I have never had a tinted window go bad.
Anything else is wasting your money.

Now think of this, if the manufacture of your store bought cleaner changes their chemicals, what can happen to your tint ?
