correct, but make it a baja I just looked at one on craigslist and brought it home on my fummins.... $500 for a baja in beautiful condition with a blown motor.... contemplating just putting a headgasket in it and selling it to fun the whole project and use another $500 forester.... Interior is perfect and paint is in great shape 5 speed.... Now to add a Cummins 4bt..... and I think I can make an adaptor plate for the trans

I will do, I am still contemplating headgasket and sell to fund project or put 4bt in baja it will be VERY VERY tight.... I will also have to add a scoop in the hood for clearance for air intake. I could hide the hose and such with a cosmetic only hood scoop....

Got the motor out last night...... set the cummins in for spacing...... I either need to lengthen the nose about 12 inches and heighten it by about 10 in (to keep about 4in ground clearance) or fix its head gasket to actually fund this project..... and I HATE body work/Mods.

I am going with fix this to fund the 4bt project..... I HATE Body work/Body Mods but the mechanical and engineering is fine. JJ gets first dibs when she is fixed
