2nd gen swap before or after deletes?

Accordin to my latest research on here, thanks be to DRD, if ya do deletes you’ll need new tunes for doin a 2nd gen swap if ya wanna do both

So, here’s the question. How does a feller gotta do this, or is it even possible? Is there no other way than to install yer delete kit and then pay full price again for new tunes once it comes time to do the swap?

In order to run a 2nd gen swap you will need tunes to make it work.

Right, so what would ya need? First your delete tunes, and then “swap” tunes or something on top of your delete tunes?

You need your tunes first before changing any parts. If you already have tunes then you can get a 2nd gen swap but will need to be re-tuned for your new turbo set up from your tuner so you will get the most efficient power to the ground.
