Ok couple of questions

Does fan clutch need to be plugged in and working? Bc I guess whoever had it before me not sure what happened but the wires are cut and tapped. The truck does not over heat but does have several codes.....

P0107 map sensor circuit low
P0480 cooling fan control circuit open( low fan speed)
P0642 sensor reference voltage 1 circuit low

Can any of these codes cause the truck to be slow to accelerate from start? I don’t think it’s turbo lag being it’s not rolling coal like crazy it’s almost like it’s a dead throttle or limp mode for about 5 seconds and then comes alive and takes off BUT it doesn’t do this all the time it’s very random

The reason I feel like it’s not turbo lag bc I had an 06 6speed that would roll coal like crazy till the turbo caught up but this just acts like it’s in limp mode or something not sure are automatics different?

I will say this thing will not down shift out of 3rd till about 15 could it be something with the trans not allowing it to go till the governor solenoid builds pressure maybe?

I know I gotta have the valve body adjusted back to shift firmer

I don’t know just trying to cover every possible option thanks
