Need help installing MM3 tuner!

Hey guys this is my first tuner in a dodge, I’m installing an MM3 tuner from anarchy diesel in my 2014 ram 2500, I’m trying to install it and “get stock file” but it keeps giving me error code 70006, I checked my battery voltage which was good and also double checked all connections and they’re all good!....any ideas?

Maybe try to unplug OBD2 then remove/reinsert memory card??

Did you plug the memory card into your computer and follow instructions for updating and making sure it has most current update

I did not do that, just opened boxed and installed, instructions said nothing about doing any of that

Sounds like you may have a blank card. Try updating it on the MM3 website.

I had a similar issue with my Raceme Ultra when I received it. I plugged the micro sd card in to my computer updated it and when back out to the truck. No issues after that. They want you to update it in case it was sitting for a little while and didnt get the most recent update, at least that was what raceme told me.
