New Member Introduction

Hey everyone,
My name is Nick. I’m 18 years old, almost 19, and I recently bought my own tunable Cummins Diesel.

It’s a grey 2016 2500 Laramie Mega Cab with the 6.7L Cummins engine we all love.

I plan on becoming a lifetime platinum member soon and picking up a MM3 tuner from Ray with Double R Diesel and deleting my truck this summer.

I also have a 2015 Ram 1500 crew cab short bed with the 5.7L Hemi which I plan on tuning with the Bullydog BDX Tuner I picked up a few months ago. This truck is upgraded with a 6 inch BDS coilover suspension lift with Fox 2.0 shocks, rolling on 37x13.50R20 Toyo Open Country R/T’s and 20x12-44 Fuel Offroad Hostage Rims. My “old” project truck is a 1985 GMC C30 2WD dually that has had 3 engines in it so far. Originally from the factory as a manual 5.7L V8 gasser then swapped with a factory available 6.2L Detroit diesel and now swapped with a 12 valve Cummins paired with a 47RH hauling transmission.

I’ve had a love for diesels all my life and I’m so lucky to have gotten a diesel truck at such a young age and I’m so excited to start modifying it. I’m somewhat new to the mechanics of diesels but I’m a very quick learner and hope to learn even more as I become a member in this great community. So glad to finally be a part of this culture!
