Cab Lights Plastic Screw Anchor Turning

Hey guys, I’m 90% done with my cab light install. The scary part is over!

Problem now is some of my plastic screw anchors are twisting in their holes. I drilled the holes at 15/64” to try to prevent them turning when drilled at 1/4”, but they’re turning anyways!

    Any suggestions?

Well, got that solved. Just used power tools to make em bite. Then had 2 leaky screws and fixed those with rubber O-rings instead of the provided plastic washers. Then hit the bottom of all the screws with silicone.

Gonna let that dry overnight and just hope the 3 screws you cant see are sealed off too
